Account Deletion Request

Upon your request we will delete your personal information. We may additionally delete your:

1. Profile page
2. Accumulated or won objects including avatar improvements, game objects, trophies or other accolades
3. Achievements on any leaderboard or competition
4. Playing history
5. Levels and models that you created or are in draft

We cannot restore any deleted data. This action is irreversible.

Please note that to ensure that we do not collect any further personal data, you should also delete our app from your mobile devices and clear our cookies from any device where you have used our apps. We may retain certain personal data for audit and record-keeping purposes, or as otherwise permitted and/or required under applicable law. We may also retain anonymized data or data we receive from 3rd parties for a period of 1 year.

To request the deletion of your account, please follow these steps:

1. Read this document thoroughly and fill out the form within it: RIGHT-TO-ERASURE REQUEST FORM.
2. Send it to us by email at hello@kooply.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
3. Include the email address you used to sign-in to our game in the email.
